How can we reserve our places? You can book your seats by calling or by emailing us.
Is it required to make a reservation or can we turn up on the day? It is suggested that you make a reservation as the boat has a limit of seats and we cannot guarantee that there will be space on the day.
How much earlier would you suggest that we book our seats? You can contact us at any time for reservations, but the sooner the better. Generally it is suggested that you book a day before.
How can we pay for our tickets? You can pay for your tickets on the day (only cash), or if you wish you can purchase them online.
What facilities are available on your vessels? We have all the facilities necessary to make your trip safe and comfortable. Our facilities are: Lifejackets, Swimming platform accessible for everyone, Snorkels, Sun and shadow seated areas, Toilet, Lunch and a fully stocked bar, Guiding, etc.
Are the boat trips children friendly? All boat trips are suitable for any age group, although the Sunset Cruise is advised for ages 12 and above.
Can we bring a buggy on board? Baby buggies are not allowed on the boat.
What is advised that we bring with us? The necessaries such as: Sunscreen, Camera, Bathing suit & Towel, if you own any snorkelling equipment and you wish to bring them, Some cash.
